This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for both our SaaS platform (Venturik) and custom development services provided by Esankethik.

2. Venturik SaaS Platform

Free Plan

  • No charges apply - can be cancelled anytime
  • No refund necessary as no payment is involved
  • Data export available before account closure

Paid Subscriptions

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if cancelled within 30 days of first payment
  • Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime, no refund for current billing period
  • Annual Plans: Prorated refund for unused months if cancelled after 30-day period
  • Cancellation: Takes effect at the end of current billing cycle

Enterprise Plans

  • Custom refund terms as specified in individual agreements
  • Typically require 30-day written notice for cancellation
  • Refunds subject to contract terms and usage

3. Custom Development Services

Project-Based Services

  • Before Project Start: Full refund of any advance payments
  • During Development: Refund of unused portion after deducting completed work
  • After Completion: No refunds unless service doesn't meet agreed specifications
  • Milestone-Based: Refunds calculated based on completed milestones

Ongoing Services (Marketing, Maintenance)

  • Can be cancelled with 30-day written notice
  • No refund for current month if services have been provided
  • Prorated refunds for prepaid periods beyond current month

4. How to Cancel

SaaS Subscriptions

  • Log into your account and go to Account Settings
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
  • Or email support@esankethik.com with cancellation request
  • Confirmation email will be sent upon cancellation

Custom Services

  • Send written notice to projects@esankethik.com
  • Include project details and reason for cancellation
  • We will respond within 24 hours with cancellation details

5. Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing time may take additional 5-10 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed
  • For failed refunds, we will contact you for alternative arrangements

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Domain registration fees (these are third-party costs)
  • Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Completed custom design work that meets specifications
  • Data migration services that have been completed
  • Training sessions that have been conducted

7. Data Export and Retention

Before Cancellation

  • You can export your data anytime from your account
  • We provide data export tools in common formats (CSV, JSON, etc.)
  • Custom export assistance available upon request

After Cancellation

  • Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • You can request data export during this period
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
  • Backups may retain data for up to 90 days for disaster recovery

8. Force Majeure

If we cannot provide services due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds for affected services.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about a refund decision:

  • First, contact our support team to discuss the issue
  • Provide detailed information about your concern
  • We will review your case within 5 business days
  • If unresolved, you may escalate to management
  • Final disputes may be subject to legal arbitration
