• Hosting and infrastructure services

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

• Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esankethik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
